"Exceptional"
Nice mobility accessible room, though a bit tight for wheelchair. Terrific new large bathroom with roll-in shower. The staff are all wonderful and so welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely return.

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is nice and the neighborhood feels safe. The garage was great, even though it's a bit tight for bigger cars. Nice views from the rooftop. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Honestly I recommend! Free parking, staff was great. They held our stuff in the front while we went out our last day and even let us leave our car there

Nice and safe location. Close to the city tram and relatively close to Pier 33 from where boats go to Alcatraz. There is good coffe shop and bakery (The Coffee Berry) near the hotel, 5 mins walk.
